Sharp chest pains 34 weeks pregnant?

I am 34 weeks 1 day, about 30 mins ago I started to experience very sharp stabbing pain in my chest, it hurts to breathe or walk, I did just have lunch, so not sure if that is the cause, or if this is normal? It is kind of freaking me out, it is radiating to my back, but it is all in the upper area, I haven't ever felt this so I am not sure if it is nothing (maybe just due to me eating?) or if it is cause for concern? I am not able to reach my dr at the moment and unsure if it is worth going to the hospital as I have my 2 yr old with me and is a long trip. Thanks
