Swelling under chin 6 days after extractions?

Hi im rlly worried about this well since day one under my chin has been swollen dentis cant figure out why went in yesterday no dry socket or infections but see it only swells up now when i lay down and the pain radiates from where im swollen to my ears and my head and when i eat my nose gets rlly runny could this be my sinuses maybe im at my wits end with this sorry i didnt puncuate sp im not feeling to good
