Polar VS. Non Polar Molecules?

I'm trying to grasp the concept but it is so confusing. Is nonpolar meaning same electronegtivity between atoms and vise versa? If that's the case, why would SeF5 be non polar? F electro is 4.0 and Se is 2.4. Apparently different electronegativity so why would it be non polar?
