Im having discomfort at my lower abdomen that radiates to my lower back and thighs and groin?

i just wanna know if this is something serious because this has been going on for 5 days now....it started after me and my husband had sex and he hit something inside of me.....its not really painful but it just makes me worry that this might get serious like ovarian cancer or cyst?
