Should I teach ccd/sunday school?

I'm 19, going for my teaching degree, and good with kids. I have no teaching experience and feel like this might be a good starter job to see if i really like it or not. I'm knowledgeable on the subject, I come from a religious family and went to catholic school for 10 years. I don't have a super-strong disposition, I'm kinda quiet, like i don't think i could control a really bad class but I'm pretty sure I would be fine with a good class. So what im asking is: has anyone taught ccd before? are they usually good kids or little monsters bouncing off the walls? what grade should I request (K-8)?
