What was this animation/short film call? About a kid Ninja?

There was this animation/cartoon short film i saw when i was younger. I remember I saw it on atom.com (used to be atomfilms.com), and it was about this little kid who was a ninja, and i remember it being very graphic with alot of blood and cut off heads and all. And all the rest I remember is that there was this evil ruler/commander who captures the boy and hangs him slowly as he goes down into a pond filled with voracious flesh eating water animals, and the evil ruler is laughing and eating i think raw fish. And in the end the evil ruler sees a dream and the kid is in his dream with the ruler's head cut off saying something like "this is you...happy?" and the ruler wakes up from his nightmare and goes after the kid that's supposed to be dead, and when he gets there, the kid kills him and cuts off his head
