What do you think of this situation?? Is it a rumor or true?

Okay so I'm in seventh grade and I've known this kid Nick for years probably since at least second grade. He never did very well in school but he wasn't known to get in trouble. He always seemed a little confused and lost. But yesterday I heard Nick sold weed to some other kid and there's footage on it. I can't prove this and it doesn't have anything to do with me but I'm curios. In ccd this kid also said that once Nick came into school and looked really tired but when he asked he said he was high. When I got home I asked my younger sister if Nicks younger sister said anything about this and she said she heard he got suspended. I heard that Nick got 6 days of out of school suspension and the kid he sold it to got 7 days of suspension. Nick was always a good kid and he was definitely one of the most popular in elementary school. So what do you think? Rumor or truth???
