Am I the only one or does this happen to everyone?

The first time I discovered Iron Maiden and heavy metal, it was the best feeling ever listening to them. Iron Maiden in particular radiated a unique vibe. Nothing else was better in the world. I haven't listened to music in about three weeks and I am getting a glimpse of those feelings back. I guess I am no longer a virgin to their tunes.
