All the possibilities your research displayed are indeed possibilities. I am not a doctor, so I cannot speculate, but I do know that cysts are fairly common and PID and endometriosis are nothing to play with. I highly recommend you schedule a gyne appt. and have yourself checked out. Don't wait. Some cysts go away by themselves, others don't. Why worry? See a doc and find out what it is or is not. If it is something, waiting will likely only make it worse. If it is nothing, then you can stop worrying or find another doc if you truly believe something is going on there. Good luck.
