Left side chest pain?

I have pretty bad chest pain on theleft side it feels like someone is stepping on me just tons of pressure it is right under my collarbone, & it radiates to my shoulder, arm & back! makes me short of breath & feel light headed! anybody know what his could be also it has been going on about 3 days so its not a heart attack
