Can a tritina or sestina poem have a rhyme scheme?

I'm writing a tritina poem for my English class and I'm wondering if sestinas and tritinas typically do or don't have rhyme. If they do rhyme and I make two of the three repeating words rhyme would I say ABA AAB BAA. Or would I say ABA CCD EFF? Thanks so much!
