What do I do? Please please please help...?

So a week ago I decided I want to give this girl a year younger with me a chance. I met her at ccd earlier this year but decided not to pursue it until recently. I went on my friends fb cuz I dnt have one n sent her a message asking for her number. I got an answer and she said this "aw!:) that's cute. 16492679" so I got the number n a day later texted her and she responded. Later in our conversation I ask her if she's having fun with the people she's hanging out with and she said kinda and I was like well if you hung out with me you'd have a ball n then she said well I am going to have to hang out with you then. N I said yea that sounds good. So then when I decided to ask her to do something I did n then she didn't respond. So I thought she fell asleep. But in the morning still no response. So then later that day I send something just asking how work was and pretending I never asked her if she wanted to do something. It's been two days and still no response from her n I havent sent anything else out after the how was work one. So did I read the signs wrong cuz there was one more incident where she said something like we have to hang out then. What do I do n what happened?
