Teen stomach pain after I eat?

i'm a 17 year old girl and for the past couple weeks after i eat any meal my stomach hurts. not in like an upset stomach or a sick feeling way, it just hurts. i would think it was gas but the pain is different. i haven't had any dietary changes or anything like that. the pain kind of radiates through my whole stomach there isn't really any specific area. any ideas would be helpful!
