People are trying to convince me that he likes me? ?

so i really like this kid in my graade. hes so nice and hes gorgeous. we always talk and flirt and everyon says its obvious that we like eachother but i dont think he likes mee. my friend said that i should ask him out but he doesnt date. at lunch one day me and some friends were standing on line by the stairs and he came by the stairs and it seemed like he was gonna ask who i like when we were walking together but he was like nevermind. during math he always makes fun of me and jokes around. he steals my keys and doesnt give them baack. my other friend said that he looks at me all period and he smiles when i look back. today i wasnt it school and the same girl said that all class he was looking at my seat and was acting really sad. people say we would look cute together and i think so too. in ccd hes watched me walk in and sit down and then was making me laugh the whole class. when i talk to one of my friends in class he sits there and goes no way! and oh my god! really? the whole time behind her and all i do is laugh. do yu think he likes me? thaanks.
