Pain in lower back and side of left leg ACHING pain killers not working cant pee pain in bladder what do I do?

I am three weeks post op from a TAH (total abdominal hysterectomy and I have had minimal complications except for a skin infection that is prettty much gone but they did put me on Cleocin and i take Cymbalta And Klonopin on a daily basis, I had a lot of irritation from the catheter blood in my urine for days btiut the Doc said there was no infection and that if there was anything that he could not detect the Cleocin should take care of it well now I have pain in my bladder left lower back radiating down my left leg and i cant pee well thats not exactly accurate it takesa while and i dont get much out but other than aching real bad it does not sting or feel like razor blades like a bladder or kidney infection would and sometime it takes me stimulating my pee hole with my finger covered in tp to get going pee that is! anyone have any idea whats going on I am alreasy set to go to ER or My Doc later on this morn just cant sleep what do id do anyone had this happen to them?
