I Can't Stop Hating Myself?

If there is one thing in life to count on it is that we are our own worst critic. We are the one that will be the most critical of ourselves. That tiny zit that may be sitting near the end of your nose is to you a HUGE pimple. Have you ever sat down with your mom and told her how you feel? Is she the type of mom that will listen and understand? If you think she is then talk to her. If not then maybe there is an aunt or grandmother you could talk to. How about a teacher? Anyone you feel you can trust to give you an honest opinion of how you look, and if anything needs to be done to help. One person NOT to ask is your brother. Many brothers can be like that. From what you say there is a beautiful girl inside you wanting to get out. Maybe she just needs some help, some direction as to what she can do to make that happen.
