How do I turn .ccd .cue .ecm .sub files into an ISO?

I'm new at this so bare with me. I'm trying to run an emulator to play Playstation games on my mac so I downloaded an emulator and that seems to be properly installed but I'm having trouble with the game. I downloaded the game and the files were the above and as far as I understand an ISO file is what is needed to play the game. Do I need to convert those to an ISO? If so, how?
