Emergency medical insurance? ?

I injured my neck about 2 months ago( my cousin slammed me head first into the ground) and I couldn't move it for 3 days. Ever since then I've been getting shooting pains that radiate down to my shoulder, the base of the discomfort is at the top point of my spine, behind my neck. My neck also cracks REALLY loud now and I can feel what seems like loose cartilage back there but idk what it is. I've been having VERY bad dizzy spells lately, 3-4 times a day so I think the injury may have caused vertigo. Ok to my point- I am on unemployment do 4 months now an have NO insurance. Do ER's offer emergent MediCal ins? What are my options
