Bees disappearing and what I can do about it?

Bees are sensitive to many things including radiation and micro waves. You must try to reduce the use of Mobile phone and see that your garden and house is not affected by radiation emitting Cell phone towers. Use of microwave and other frequency waves also affect bees and birds. You must try to locate such sources and try to minimise if it is not possible to eliminate altogether such appliances or usage.
