Are all fisheye lenses screw on ?

i have a Sony ccd-trv58 with a 37mm lense but no thread around the lense...i have never even held a fisheye before and was wondering if they all screw on...do some just slide or pop on???i was thinking about getting this one ..... http://opteka.com/OPTSC37FE.aspx ...
